  • Overseeing the daily operations of the technical support team and participating as an active member of the team
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily reporting problems & resolutions and actions taken for user issues
  • Providing timely resolution for ITSM service tickets raised to maintain SLA commitments
  • Checking, updating, and tracking IT Asset inventory
  • Creating relevant support materials for the team
  • Ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner
  • Reviewing technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement
