Job Title: SCCM Admin L2

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 4+ years

  • Job Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain the MECM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Oversee patch management, security compliance and software deployment across a large enterprise.
  • Resolve advanced MECM-related issues escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Provide troubleshooting expertise for OS deployments, application installations, and client communication issues.
  • MECM Client Management
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain system health, security, and compliance.
  • Create and maintain MECM reports, track deployment success, and monitor client health.
  • Perform SQL database management and cleanup tasks for MECM.
  • Automate tasks and optimize MECM operations through scripting.
  • Reporting and Monitoring

  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

  • Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience working with MECM and system administration.
  • Strong understanding of software deployment, patch management, and MECM architecture.
  • Experience with PowerShell and SQL Server.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

  • Engineering in Electronics or Computer Science Graduate

  • MECM Intune Certified would be an added advantage.
  • Microsoft Certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
