Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our strategic operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact results and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Act as Secretariat for Delivery Steering Committee meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Provide embedded portfolio PMO delivery support to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Define and implement portfolio frameworks, standards, and templates to promote consistency and best practices.
  • Maintain delivery knowledge management portals to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Support financial resource planning, annual planning, and demand management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor risks, issues, support escalation, and resolution to mitigate potential threats and optimize outcomes.
  • Champion governance and Agile portfolio management practices to drive organizational excellence.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across the portfolio by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Portfolio Management, PMO, Change, Transformation with 8+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a PMO or Portfolio Lead with excellent leadership skills.
  • Hands-on with Agile practices, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe to drive project success.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships.
  • Certifications like MoP, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of PC insurance and financial risk domains preferred but not required.
  • Experience with tools JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Office Suite to streamline project delivery.
