Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the full SAP ADMS portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regional goals. This role involves providing strategic direction for IT initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business outcomes.

">Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Lead the full SAP ADMS portfolio (S4 & ECC) to ensure alignment with enterprise and regional goals.
  • IT Leadership: Provide IT leadership for myBuy, RPA, legacy business apps, and TMO.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as technical leader for Magellan development and future deployments.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships, performance, capacity planning, and shared services.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and global security standards.
  • Contract Renewals: Drive contract renewals and negotiations in line with global IT sourcing guidelines.
  • Escalations: Collaborate with SAP executives, partners, and consultants to resolve escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking focused on business outcomes and efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and influence skills to mentor IT teams.
  • SAP Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale, global SAP portfolios.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in SAP S4/HANA, ECC, and Ariba integrations.
  • Team Leadership: Successful track record of ERP implementations with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of IT experience (10+ in enterprise applications).
