We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the strategic delivery of complex projects and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee end-to-end project operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple business units.
  • Drive process optimization, resource allocation, and risk management to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage financials for assigned business units, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and performance.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A B.Tech or equivalent degree in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and complex project portfolios.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to international projects or clients is a plus.
  • Professional experience in operations and project management within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
