About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client portfolios by offering bespoke financial solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial goals and provide advisory services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, research, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain strong and long-term client relationships through exceptional servicing.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to drive performance and achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, derivatives, and other financial products.
  • Excellent client servicing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or broking.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and handling branch operations is preferred.
