  • Develop and Implement Credit Strategies:

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement credit strategies that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing current portfolios, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing policies to optimize risk and revenue considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwriting Policy Development: Develop and implement underwriting policies that ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Credit Risk Analysis: Analyze and validate underwriting models to ensure their performance on current portfolios.
  • Pricing Strategy: Determine the right pricing basis segmentation, balancing risk and revenue considerations.
  • Portfolio Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio profitability and funnel metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing risk thresholds.
  • Automation of Credit Policies: Implement automation to minimize manual intervention in assessing creditworthiness, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Degree in Finance/Statistics/Management: Minimum postgraduate degree in finance/statistics/management from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management and policy creation, with 3-4 years in senior management roles.
  • Strong Data Analytics Skills: Demonstrated experience in data analytics, model validation, and policy formulation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with internal functions and external stakeholders.
