Job Summary:
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and deepen accounts of various institutions, focusing on quality and revenue growth.
• Identify potential customers and convert them into viable business opportunities.
• Enhance existing portfolio to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Meet annual business targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Periodically review underperforming customers, develop action plans for improvement, and assess client needs for cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer relationship management, ensuring efficient servicing and superior products.
• Conduct marketing events and conferences to engage new customers and promote our services.
• Monitor process efficiency, provide input for improvement, and collaborate closely with the product team for customization and innovation.
• Gather market intelligence, track competition best practices, and maintain awareness of all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Age: Minimum 25 years, Maximum 32 years.
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools.
• Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in account growth and management, preferably with a background in similar industries.
• Skills:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High sales orientation.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to take on extensive field visits.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Awareness of local market dynamics and competitive products/pricing.
