  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement proactive attrition and retention strategies.
  • Leverage employee engagement activities to boost morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the exit process in accordance with company policies.
