Human Resources Strategist

As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in driving organizational growth by analyzing HR metrics and trends. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting research on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness, and generating reports on employee performance, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform data analysis on HR metrics and trends to support business decision-making
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Generate reports on employee performance, retention, and engagement for management review
You will work closely with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and provide solutions, while staying updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR analytics or related field
- Experience in working with HRIS platforms for data analysis and reporting
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity
