The role of Assistant Manager - Human Resource is to provide strategic support to the organization in achieving its goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and be able to work closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of HR processes and partnerships with the business to strengthen current processes and improve productivity.
  • Collaboration with the Talent Management team and other key members for smooth data flow.
  • Management of ongoing reports required to run the system efficiently.
  • HRMS system management for the concerned module, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Analysis of business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance performance and employee experience.
  • Support to senior leadership on human resources-related matters and policy updates.
  • Ensuring that robust processes are followed at all times.
  • Networking and benchmarking to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Desired Profile:
  • Experience in HR Centre of Excellence or Business HR with knowledge across all aspects of employee life cycle.
  • High level of business orientation and understanding, ability to influence and partner at different levels of the organization.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
  • Flexibility to take up projects and work collaboratively with the team.
