Human Resources Strategist

A pivotal role exists for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic growth and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the HRBP lead to prioritize tasks related to Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Change Management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies that optimize business functioning, focusing on performance enhancement and employee satisfaction.
Business Objectives:
- Collaborate with the Lead - HRBP to execute strategic plans for effective internal stakeholder communications, engagement initiatives, and project strategies aligned with organizational vision and goals.
- Execute HR strategies and tactics to maximize workforce productivity and achieve organizational objectives effectively.
Employee Relations:
- Establish a positive Employee Relations environment by assisting in the resolution of employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances efficiently.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and foster a culture of inclusivity.
Talent Management:
- Identify key talents, High Potential employees, and Succession Planning strategies to ensure seamless talent pipeline development.
- Implement Talent Development programs to provide continuous opportunities for skill acquisition and employee growth.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure strict compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR-related compliance matters and best practices to mitigate risk.
Performance Management:
- Drive Performance Management processes to ensure adherence to timelines and handle grievances related to performance ratings professionally.
