About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated human resource specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Source high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top talent for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- C coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the development and posting of job descriptions.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
