Customer Service Lead

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to manage Credit Risk and Receivables, minimizing bad debts and driving retention across various customer segments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit risk management, receivables management, and sound accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Consumer Collection to lower Bad debt and Churn
- Improve Pre-due date penetration and bucket efficiency on collections
- Field collection and consolidation of Field agencies, waiver, and FOS governance
- Resolve customer issues on priority and offer retention offers
- Drive Barring and Suspension reduction from < 12 Aon, mitigate Risk, and seamless Onboarding
Requirements:
- Credit risk management for Consumer & Enterprise
- Receivables management (Collection expertise)
- Sound accounting / process / systems knowledge / experience
- Strategic thinking ability
- Capability to influence cross-functionally under matrix structure
- Hands-on experience of customer life cycle management
