- Lead key account management and sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Monitor competitors and develop strategies to retain and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast sales and develop effective sales plans.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
Expertise
8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent people management, selling, customer management, presentation, and construction market knowledge skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with an MBA in marketing preferred.
