Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive relationship management with existing partners and ensure smooth business functioning across partners. This includes delivering against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business expansion and growth opportunities across product categories through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop sales pipeline through business partners leveraging all available resources in coordination with product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
  • Manage and grow business in collaboration with internal constituents as well as external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, plan, campaigns and promotions, pricing and service delivery models for both existing and new products.
  • Implement product enhancements across existing set of partners to ensure business growth of the channel.
  • Liaise with other cross-functional teams like Product, tech, marketing, compliance etc. to ensure that delivery on required customizations by sizing up the opportunity.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new opportunities.
  • Conduct partner training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition programs, and similar events for partner engagement.
  • Develop and manage brand and brand positioning strategies.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Enterprise sales or channel management experience.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • CXO or leadership engagement capabilities.
  • Financial products and technology knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external, internal, and cross-functional stakeholders towards growth objectives.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
  • Data-driven and service-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and persistent mindset.
  • Ready to go above and beyond.
