Job Title: In-House Legal Advisor

  • Key Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits and applications to ensure they are legally binding and compliant with regulations.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to corporate, real estate and regulatory matters is a key part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently while maintaining organized legal records and case files.

Requirements:

  • An LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory) is essential for this position as it demonstrates a strong foundation in law.
  • Enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India is also required for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, compliance or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred) is necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Strong drafting, research and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws and commercial law is also essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary to work effectively with senior lawyers.
