Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Associate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, securities regulation, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before regulatory authorities and quasi-judicial bodies;
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures;
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings;
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements;
  • Provide legal advisory services on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC);
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws and regulations;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues and compliance matters.
