We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to drive our legal and regulatory affairs forward.

  • Advise on, draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial agreements, including third-party contracts and partnerships.
  • Support corporate legal matters with expertise in Indian laws and regulations.
  • Develop processes for efficient contract negotiation and management.
  • Oversee communication strategies and engage with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks.

This role requires:

  • A Law Graduate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience from a law firm.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential.
  • Candidates with exposure to debt transactions and fintech/banking will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks.
  • A proactive legal professional who can collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities

Commercial Agreements: Advise on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements, including third-party contracts and partnerships.

Corporate Legal Matters: Support corporate legal matters with expertise in Indian laws and regulations.

Process Development: Develop processes for efficient contract negotiation and management.

Requirements

Qualifications: A Law Graduate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience from a law firm.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
