Job Overview

MUFG Global Service Private Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Corporate Communications function in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Communication lead in various corporate communication initiatives, including internal communication, events and media, digital and social media, and reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities include drafting and publishing internal communication materials, coordinating employee engagement campaigns, and maintaining archives of communication assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic understanding of social media platforms.

Additionally, they should possess good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, be capable of multitasking and meeting timelines, and demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to taking on new challenges and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communication: Draft, format, and publish internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Events & Media: Provide logistical and creative support during internal events and maintain archives of communication assets.
  • Digital and Social Media: Monitor corporate social media handles, track engagement metrics, and draft posts for coordination with relevant departments.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain a calendar of communication activities, provide weekly/monthly updates, and track basic analytics on communication initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
