Job Title:

Senior Corporate Attorney

The Senior Corporate Attorney will be responsible for overseeing the legal affairs and risk management of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Legal Affairs Management: The Senior Corporate Attorney will be responsible for managing the legal affairs and risks of the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contract Negotiation and Review: The Senior Corporate Attorney will assist in negotiating and reviewing contracts to ensure that they are fair, reasonable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Litigation Management: The Senior Corporate Attorney will manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes to minimize risks and maximize recoveries.
  • Team Leadership: The Senior Corporate Attorney will lead a team of lawyers and support staff to provide legal advice and support to the organization.
  • Counseling and Advisory Services: The Senior Corporate Attorney will provide counseling and advisory services to business units on various legal matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, and employment law.
