Enterprise Risk Management Professional

The role of Enterprise Risk Management Professional is a critical one, encompassing all operational activities within the function. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and evaluate control frameworks embedded within business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization, incorporating robust internal controls.
  2. Identify, assess, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive Risk Registers (RCSA), ensuring accurate documentation of risks and controls.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of current business processes, identifying control gaps and deficiencies, and developing recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  5. Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to accommodate changing regulatory and strategic scenarios, ensuring it reflects best practice.
  6. Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify key risks and mitigating controls in their business units, as well as action plans to address any gaps in mitigating measures.
  7. Develop and deliver insightful reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees, highlighting critical risks and control frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution; FRM, CFA, CBCP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.
  • Proven knowledge of risk management principles, including identification, assessment, and mitigation frameworks.
