
Institutional Client Development Specialist

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire and nurture institutional clients such as trusts, associations, and government bodies. You will be responsible for initiating new business opportunities within your assigned region, acquiring CASA and Term Deposits, and managing the relationship value of existing customers.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients. They will also possess strong business development and relationship management skills, with expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
You will work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales opportunities and achieve assigned top-line and CASA targets. The role requires a professional who can leverage the bank's relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
- Client Acquisition & Nurturing: Acquire and nurture institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.
- Business Development: Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities within your assigned region.
- Portfolio Management: Acquire CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts), Term Deposits, and manage the relationship value of existing TASC and Government Banking customers.
- Proactive Solutions: Leverage the bank's relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
- Customer Service & Advisory: Handle the service requirements and manage the investment portfolios of customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities from this segment.
- Target Achievement: Achieve the assigned top-line and CASA numbers and values.
- Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
- Ability to provide proactive banking solutions and manage customer investment portfolios.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
