
Tasc Institutional Client Lead

We are seeking a key professional to lead institutional client acquisition and nurturing initiatives. As a Tasc Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within your assigned region, acquiring Current Accounts & Saving Accounts, and managing the relationship value of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.
- Business Development: Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities within your assigned region.
- Portfolio Management: Acquire CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts) and manage the relationship value of existing TASC and Government Banking customers.
- Proactive Solutions: Develop and execute proactive banking solutions for existing institutional accounts.
- Customer Service & Advisory: Handle service requirements and manage investment portfolios for customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities from this segment.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in client acquisition and nurturing.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
- Ability to provide proactive banking solutions and manage customer investment portfolios.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
