Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new TASC customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing TASC clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive CASA sourcing through TASC clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the TASC portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business potential within the TASC segment.
- Sales Team Management (if applicable):
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes and targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
