Job Description

We seek a seasoned Relationship Manager to bolster our sales and customer satisfaction efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business growth, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong ties with existing clients through regular meetings and effective communication.
  2. Identify novel business opportunities and generate leads through targeted networking and market research initiatives.
  3. Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to promote banking services and products.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives by skillfully selling banking products and services.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust client relationships.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is highly valued.
