We seek a seasoned Relationship Manager to bolster our sales and customer satisfaction efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business growth, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong ties with existing clients through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Identify novel business opportunities and generate leads through targeted networking and market research initiatives.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to promote banking services and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives by skillfully selling banking products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust client relationships.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is highly valued.
