
Executive Director of Client Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Executive Client Servicing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand identity and objectives, and delivering effective campaigns that meet client expectations.
- Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting client deadlines and expectations.
Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations, ensuring seamless execution and effective campaign management.
• Assist in creating reports and data analyses to inform future marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Quality Check and Reporting:
• Conduct thorough quality checks on social media platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.
• Ensure timely collection and analysis of data from functional teams to inform social media and brand analysis reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive results and improve campaign effectiveness.
Research and Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative marketing solutions that capture the target audience's attention and drive engagement.
• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to understand brand positioning, target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor marketing messages effectively.
Time Management and Vendor Management:
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work products.
• Invoicing and follow-up on payments to ensure timely receipt of funds and maintain positive vendor relationships.
