Job Title: Vice President of Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retention, cross-sell, and upsell efforts in the Employee Health and Benefits domain.

About You:

  • A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upsell within Employee Health and Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • A proven track record of success in engaging C-level executives and driving business growth.
  • A deep understanding of Employee Health and Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with C-level executives to deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop innovative sales approaches to drive business growth.
