Responsibilities- ' 1. Leverage your expertise in RWD and clinical experience to shape the direction of the RWD team and drive delivery excellence.' 2. Provide guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, ensuring quality outputs that meet client commitments.' 3. Develop and maintain Indication-Specific Data Lakes, powered by unstructured notes, to productize offerings and accelerate delivery.' 4. Lead and manage offshore resources, focusing on building, expanding, and maintaining data lakes.' 5. Collaborate with global leaders to ensure a healthy team dynamic and contribute to recruitment, training, engagement, and HR-overlay activities.'
- ' 1. Demonstrate proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.' 2. Possess a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with extensive exposure in core data science algorithm development.' 3. Showcase at least 7-10 years of experience leading globally distributed teams delivering consulting work in Data Science and Data Engineering oriented domains.' 4. Hold a total of 15-18 years of work experience, with 80% or more recent experience in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.'
