Workforce Management Director

We seek an accomplished leader to drive workforce management strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. As a key team member, you will develop and implement plans to meet business objectives, analyzing data and trends to forecast staffing needs.

You will collaborate with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans, leading and mentoring a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence experts. Efficient scheduling of staff is crucial, balancing labor costs with compliance regulations.

Your expertise includes:

  • Developing and implementing workforce management strategies.
  • Analyzing historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs.
  • Collaborating with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence experts.
  • Ensuring efficient scheduling of staff to meet forecasted demand.
  • Implementing and maintaining workforce management tools and software.
  • Monitoring real-time performance metrics and adjusting staffing plans as needed.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to optimize workforce performance and enhance operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in workforce management, with at least 6 years in a leadership position within a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management tools and software.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective workforce management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing a diverse workforce management team.
