About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to support the Director in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items. Ensuring effective communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders is crucial.

Operational Coordination & Strategy Execution

The ideal candidate will align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams. They will monitor project milestones, flag risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives. Smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners is vital.

Reporting & Insights

The role involves preparing analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews. Tracking KPIs, operational performance, and progress of strategic projects is essential. Providing insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities will be key.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Task Completion Rate: % of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: % of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency. Preferred experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • BE in Chemical / Mechanical (preferred) or any engineering stream & MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
