Job Title: Production Planning and Control Specialist

We are currently hiring for a highly skilled Production Planning and Control Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to the success of our organization.

  1. Work Order Creation Execution: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring seamless production planning and control.
  2. Kitting Activity Follow-up: The successful candidate will follow up with warehouse teams to ensure timely kitting activities, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  3. ECO Implementation: Our ideal candidate will implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for all sub-assemblies, ensuring efficient production processes.
  4. MO Aging Tracking and Execution: The Production Planning and Control Specialist will track and execute Material Obsolescence (MO) aging, minimizing losses and optimizing inventory management.
  5. FATP WIP Management: The successful candidate will maintain First Article Test Plan (FATP) Work-In-Progress (WIP) at healthy levels, ensuring smooth production operations.
  6. Customer Commitment Fulfillment: Our ideal candidate will ensure that customer commitments are met without any gaps, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Achievement Rate Monitoring: The Production Planning and Control Specialist will monitor and achieve rate targets as planned, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Daily Meetings with CFT Team: The successful candidate will conduct daily meetings with Critical Function Team (CFT) members to understand reasons for losses and address them to the right Deliverable Responsible Individual (DRI) for resolution.
