About this Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data, identify gaps, and drive business growth across sales, product, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver strategic insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
