Job Title: Technical Support International Voice Process
Job DescriptionA Technical Support Executive plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with technical issues or questions related to hardware or software devices. Their responsibilities encompass taking phone calls from clients or communicating with them, helping clients diagnose technical issues over the phone and speaking with them about software installations, connections & troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of handling UK clients effectively.
- IT Assistance: Provide IT assistance, including application support, hardware and software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Service: Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails, and excelling in customer service is crucial for this role.
- Technical Solutions: Offer technical solutions to various client problems by leveraging different tools.
- Call Comments: Ensure that call comments are properly arranged, and suitable information is provided to clients.
- Call Standards: Maintain the standard of each call in a comprehensive manner, taking into account each aspect of attending the client, listening to their problems, and offering appropriate solutions.
- End-User Support: Provide support to internal and external end-users.
- Inbound Calls/Emails/Chats: Handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for end-users.
The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:
- International Process Experience: Previous experience in any international process with hardware troubleshooting is preferred.
- Hardware and Software Knowledge: Ability to learn and adapt hardware and software.
- Customer Support Needs: Assessing the customer support needs.
- Teamwork and Client Interaction: Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client.
- Empathy and Flexibility: Should be empathetic and flexible to interact with agitated customers.
