Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a CRM Functional Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, with experience in customer-facing, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of business solutions. They should also possess excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot servers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems. Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is a must, as is a good understanding of Agile or Waterfall approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot servers
  • Implement Omnichannel solutions
  • Provide support and training to users
  • Develop and implement business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using SSRS reporting services

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM/365 implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall approaches

Bonus Points:

  • Certification in MS Dynamics
  • Knowledge of DevOps
  • Experience with Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI
