Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Crm Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality crm solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in crm development, with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing crm solutions to developing custom components using JavaScript, plugins, and CRM SDK. You will also be responsible for integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems, ensuring secure data exchange and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools
  • Design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Develop custom components using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and CRM SDK
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM functionalities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong background in crm development and experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
