Job Opportunity: CRM Business Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Crm Business Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of configuring, designing, and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement crm business processes
  • Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE Apps - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • Develop technical architecture and related documentation
  • Unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Apps
  • Good working knowledge of Power Platform components
  • Proficiency in core .Net, C#, Azure components, and Microsoft certifications (Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate)
