Job Title: Credit and Business Solutions Expert

We offer a unique opportunity for a Credit and Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will have extensive exposure to credit and business solutions, excellent career growth prospects, and the chance to build from scratch.

Your responsibilities will include planning and promotion as a BA, business requirement validation, establishing new work procedures, planning user tasks, conducting system effectiveness studies, providing training, and supporting User Acceptance Testing.

You will also support the team as a Subject Matter Expert in lending related IT projects, facilitate system function and workflow design, monitor task progress, conduct issue and risk management, and provide insights and feedback to project planning.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in corporate or commercial lending, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
