We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional consultant.


Key responsibilities include implementing Omnichannel, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Server, as well as providing support and training to users.


Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is essential, as well as knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.


A basic understanding of DevOps and SSRS reporting services is also required.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, utilizing Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements.


The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and able to configure, install, and troubleshoot Server to identify problems by reading platform trace logs and provide the solution.


Additionally, they should be familiar with application integrations with MS CRM, knowledge of Customer Engagement including Field Services, and Project Service Automation.


A degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant experience make this individual an ideal fit for this role.
