Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- The ideal candidate will possess expertise in gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement customized CRM solutions.
- They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop effective approaches to meet client needs.
- A strong understanding of CRM's out-of-the-box components and the ability to extend them through code is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be able to estimate efforts required for various implementations and provide clear pros and cons analysis.
- Key responsibilities include developing and customizing CRM components, implementing integrations with external systems, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET.
- Proficiency in writing clean and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in the CRM system.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
