Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, maintenance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute engineering activities including design, implementation, maintenance, and commissioning of projects at site level.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise plant engineering teams and provide technical assistance to ensure high-quality maintenance, repair, and modification activities.
  • Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects and execute project safety stops/reviews.
  • Ensure projects are developed through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity with experience in OSD oncology facilities.
  • Experience in handling containment machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
