Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing Technology (MarTech) to spearhead CRM and marketing automation initiatives across our key client accounts. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of architecting CRM solutions, scaling martech delivery, and leading high-performing teams. You will collaborate with enterprise clients in BFSI, Retail, and other verticals , shaping end-to-end CRM journeys and driving measurable business impact.
Define and architect CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients.
Translate client business objectives into CRM journeys covering segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle automation.
Delivery & Implementation
Lead end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations.
Integrate platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle , and others.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of CRM managers, analysts, and automation specialists.
Establish SOPs, frameworks, and delivery best practices to scale martech operations.
Desired Skills & Experience
~8+ years of hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation .
~ Proven expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle , or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
~ Demonstrated success in delivering CRM solutions across multiple clients (BFSI and Retail preferred).
~ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
