We are Hiring a Salesforce Product Manager for a leading client of ours.

Location: Mumbai

Education: Any Engineering Full Time

Experience: Minimum Years of Experience in Managing Salesforce from Business Side

This role is about leading our program on Salesforce, making sure the platform really delivers business value. You'll be driving the strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders, and managing vendors and budgets. A big part is improving user experience across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, plus building adoption through training and change management. Its a senior position where you'll own the CRM vision and ensure we get maximum ROI from Salesforce.

Job Description:

  • Lead the Salesforce program across business units, driving strategy, roadmap, and adoption.
  • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and budgets while ensuring Salesforce delivers measurable business value.
  • Oversee feature development, backlog management, and user experience optimization across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Drive training, performance monitoring, and innovation, ensuring CRM success metrics and ROI are achieved.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging with BU heads, internal Salesforce teams, and CDIO
  • Platform Oversight: Managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strategic Visioning: Aligning CRM initiatives with broader business goals
  • Complexity Handling: Navigating ambiguity, scale, and cross-functional challenges
