About the Role

NTT DATA Services is looking for a skilled ITIL Service Support Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. As an ITIL Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and administering ITIL-based service support on a 24x7 basis. This includes managing service delivery processes, compiling and analyzing statistical data, and leading account management and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
  2. Compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
  3. Lead account management and vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Adapt communication techniques to effectively engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in ITIL service management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing teams and vendor relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and document processes.
  • Competencies in conflict resolution, customer service, facilitation, and executive presentation.
