About the Role
NTT DATA Services is looking for a skilled ITIL Service Support Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. As an ITIL Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and administering ITIL-based service support on a 24x7 basis. This includes managing service delivery processes, compiling and analyzing statistical data, and leading account management and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
- Compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Lead account management and vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt communication techniques to effectively engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in ITIL service management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing teams and vendor relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and document processes.
- Competencies in conflict resolution, customer service, facilitation, and executive presentation.
