Senior Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in the Indian garment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients Engagement:
    • Understand the specific needs of corporate clients and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Business Growth Activities:
    • Share daily updates on new product releases, promotions, and designs through digital channels.
    • Utilize digital tools to sell products and maintain contact with clients.
    • Process orders accurately and promptly, managing the order fulfillment process.
    • Follow up with clients regarding pending orders, payments, or deliveries.
  • Market Knowledge & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in ethnic wear and fabrics used in the Indian garment industry.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the latest collections and best-selling items.
  • Performance Targets & Management:
    • Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business expansion.
    • Maintain accurate records of client orders, sales, and communication in CRM systems.
  • Multitasking & Client Service:
    • Manage multiple client inquiries, meetings, and transactions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Offer personalized customer experiences to clients over video calls or in-person meetings as required.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Address client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve them to the client's satisfaction.
