Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner to drive business outcomes and foster a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure optimal performance levels in the organization and the team, maximizing output from each member
- Effectively manage employee-related data and maintain data integrity
- Serve as a single point of contact for all employee and policy-related queries
- Maintain effective and transparent communication channels within the organization and the team
- Address employee concerns within stipulated timeframes, adhering to organizational guidelines and policies
- Lead the HR team to enhance competencies and provide necessary guidance
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and HR systems
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Promote innovative ideas to improve task quality
- Prepare management information reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership
