About This Role
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    • Dive into recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations.
    • Develop compelling job descriptions and oversee the end-to-end hiring process.
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet staffing needs.
    • Bolster employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred place to work.
  • People & Culture:
    • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment.
    • Design and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
    • Create onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect the company's values.
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Define key result areas, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
    • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for teams.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Maintain HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
    What We're Looking For
    • You are a people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
    • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required, along with a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as a proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.
