Key Job Brief

The Human Resources Leader will lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, talent management, and policy implementation. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations across all functions.
  • Design, review, and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for domestic and international placements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and global HR standards.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal systems to align with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively.
  • Implement HRMS and digital HR solutions for efficient HR operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to the leadership team for decision-making.

Required Skillsets

  • Strong expertise in HR management, policies, and employee relations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws and international compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic HR planning and organizational development abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, HR analytics, and digital HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA (HR) preferred.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in HR consultancy.
