As a strategic HR partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and driving business outcomes. With 5+ years of experience in HR, you will provide guidance and support to less experienced members of the team, focusing on day-to-day operational roles.

Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the continuous improvement of the HR function by developing and implementing all HR programs within assigned geographies or business lines. You will also provide expert advice and support to management teams across various service areas, business units, or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with specialist functions/Centers of Excellence.
  • Support line managers during new employee orientation processes.
  • Conduct reviews as directed, proposing recommendations for handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices, and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives, working closely with senior HR team members.
  • Collaborate with more experienced HR team members on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers, and transfers.
  • Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
