  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, ensuring business alignment and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their Time Off requirements, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions.
  • Customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central, based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on configuring time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Configure Time Valuation Rules, Time Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds, understanding different objects used within Time Management modules.
  • Understand Interim and PEP Rules to handle unique business scenarios, offering flexible solutions that adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors module configurations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
  • Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, best practices, and proactively identify potential option improvements to optimize HR and talent management processes.
